Yes. SANLEE ships to clients worldwide.

We provide complimentary insured express shipping on qualifying orders over US$500. Where available, orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are paid in advance.

Some countries do not allow the sender to prepay local import charges. In these cases, the recipient may be required to pay duties or taxes upon arrival. Our team will explain the applicable shipping arrangement before dispatch.

SANLEE uses only solid precious metals—never hollow construction or gold plating over base metal.

Our standard options include: 18K white, yellow and rose gold · 14K white, yellow and rose gold · Platinum. Selected designs may also be available in 9K or 10K gold upon request.

White gold jewellery is finished with rhodium plating to achieve its bright white appearance. The underlying metal remains solid gold, and rhodium finishing is a standard fine-jewellery practice.

Diamond selection — We begin with the exact centre diamond selected for your piece, reviewing its grading report, proportions, appearance and suitability for the chosen design.

Design confirmation — The setting is adjusted according to the diamond's measurements, ring size, metal and design details. Side stones are selected to complement the centre stone in proportion and appearance.

Casting and preparation — The ring is cast in solid gold or platinum. Multi-tone designs may be produced in separate components before assembly.

Diamond setting — Side stones and the centre diamond are carefully set and aligned. Where applicable, the diamond's laser inscription remains visible for verification.

Engraving and finishing — Personal engraving is added before the piece is polished, cleaned and finished by hand. White gold pieces receive their rhodium finish at this stage.

Quality inspection — Every SANLEE piece is inspected for diamond security, prong symmetry, alignment, surface finish, proportions and wearing comfort. Anything that falls short is corrected before delivery.

Your private making film — Key moments from the making of every custom SANLEE ring are documented and edited into a private film for you to keep.

Because most SANLEE pieces are individually made to order, we do not normally accept returns, exchanges or refunds for changes of mind.

We will, however, assist you if your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from the confirmed order.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and refer to our Returns Policy for full conditions. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

SANLEE engagement rings, wedding rings and fine-jewellery rings include a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and other fine-jewellery pieces include a 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty.

The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, improper care or alterations performed by another jeweller.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds.

They have the same carbon crystal structure and the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds. They offer the same brilliance, durability and hardness.

The primary difference is their origin: lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology that recreates the conditions in which diamonds form; mined diamonds form naturally beneath the earth over a very long period of time.

Lab-grown diamonds generally offer greater size and quality for the same budget. The right choice ultimately depends on your preferences, values and priorities.

Yes. Most SANLEE rings are made to order and can be personalised with your preferred diamond shape and carat size, diamond quality and proportions, gold colour or platinum, ring size, setting and prong details, side stones, band width and personal engraving.

Most SANLEE centre diamonds are accompanied by an independent grading report from IGI, the International Gemological Institute.

Selected diamonds graded by other recognised laboratories, including GIA, may also be available upon request.

The report records important characteristics such as carat weight, colour, clarity, measurements and cut-related information. Certified diamonds may also carry a microscopic laser inscription that corresponds with the report number.

Small accent diamonds are not normally graded individually.

Lab-grown diamonds may have resale value, but the secondary market remains limited and resale prices can be significantly lower than the original retail price.

Mined diamonds also commonly resell below their retail purchase price. For this reason, neither type of diamond should be treated as a guaranteed financial investment.
